Notes of Benefits:

0.0.R.B.:S ("Avalanche") concept accomplishes six things at once.

SIFTING

SEPARATION

AREATION

DRYING

FRESHENING

DISPOSAL

These six separate actions save time, money and labor......

Sifting and Separation of solid/wet wastes by OORB, saves the owner the burden of fecal/urine smell. Minutes turn into hours over the course of a year for the owner who has to manually probe the used litter box. Recovering waste with OORB from 30lbs of litter in under 10 seconds manually and 1 minute by DC motor into a sealed bag with no waste contact speaks and sells itself.

The amount of Aeration is greatly magnified by the size and shape of the Filtering Screen's slots. These are specifically designed to create a cascading force that speeds up the air within the basin causing the wet litter to have a "Quick Drying effect" during the first and second 200 deg, rotations. No amount of manual sifting with a slotted scoop can achieve this. Aerating within the basin keeps airborne particulates latent with feline bacteria away from the owner. This is especially critical with pregnant owners who cannot breathe airborne dust. The litter of any make at this point begins to freshen.

Mechanical Freshening with a commercially available odor neutralizing powder will take place during the first and second 200 deg. rotation. Using A 3" refillable ball with holes, the powder will slowly flow from the ball during rotation and mix with the surrounding litter to aid in odor control. This fragrance will also find its way into the surrounding air outside the basin and into the room for double duty.

Efficient Disposal is made possible by a gentle sliding of the solid and wet waste clumps down the Filtering Screen and into a disposable bag. This is the shortest amount of travel and should keep the clumps sliding together intact. Wet clay clumps hold the most amount of odor and the job of getting them into the collection bag intact is a top concern. OORB achieves this with a highly polished stainless steel surface that allows the clumps to slide with almost no friction.
